The 37-year-old, who recently vowed never to release his dance-inspired album in case it impacted his hip-hop career, admitted that he would be up for a role on the hit musical show when asked by E! Online:

"I probably would. Depending on what the episode was or what they had planned for it. I'm excited...I just want to work."

The US rapper, who was speaking at a screening of his latest film, Freelancers, added that he’d only agree to appear if it was a part that tested his acting skills:

"I want to play something different. Anything other than a rapper, because I don't feel like I'm working if I'm playing that. That's the easy part."
