Australian heartthrobs 5 Seconds Of Summer played a funny song earlier this week while on tour, in which they thanked 'Story Of My Life' superstars One Direction for being so supportive of them.

During the band's recent set in Phoenix, Arizona they paid tribute to tour mates One Direction with a cute song about how grateful they are to the boyband for bringing them on the road with them. 

Video footage of the impromptu ditty was uploaded to YouTube, which can be seen below, and the 'Amnesia' heartthrobs sing: "Thank you Niall, Louis and Harry, Zayn and Liam, too. They've had us on this tour for a long time and now they don't wanna get rid of us."

Much earlier today (September 18), drummer Ashton Irwin shared a snapshot of himself posing at the Grand Canyon and told his 2.87 million Twitter followers that he had a fantastic time visiting the state: "Had the most incredible day ever!"
