5 Seconds of Summer took part in an amusing fan skit on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week.

The Australians visited the popular US TV show and they surprised some fans with the chance to meet them for just five seconds.

The lads were waiting behind a door which opened for five seconds.

Some fans got a fright whilst others decided to take a selfie of themselves with the group.

On one occasion two girls were greeted with the sight of the group with their trousers down.

5 Seconds of Summer meanwhile are due to play in Phoenix and Los Angeles between November 13 and November 16.
