5SOS return to the studio: 'We're lovin' it'

Aussie pop-punk heroes 5 Seconds Of Summer have finally reunited after an extensive Christmas and New Year's break, and they are back in the studio writing new music for their next album.

The band posted a message via their official Twitter page earlier today (February 4) and told their fans that it's great to be back together and getting creative again: "Very productive day today, writing and recording, absolutely lovin' it."

Member Michael Clifford also explained that they're in the studio with Goldfinger's John Feldmann, and producer and sound engineer Zakk Cervini, who worked on the second full length studio album 'Weird Kids' by American pop punk band We Are the In Crowd.

Earlier this week, meanwhile, 5SOS told their followers that they had been writing new music with Marianas Trench frontman Josh Ramsay. Ramsay then tweeted: "Great day in the studio with that feisty @Luke5SOS. Wrote a keeper, hung cellphones from odd ceiling outlets, and generally caused mayhem."
