Aussie pop-punk heroes 5 Seconds Of Summer have opened up about the devotion their fans have for them and confessed that they're always amazed by the love they're shown around the world. 

The band posted a message to their official Twitter page earlier this afternoon (February 9) and explained that they will never get bored of seeing people wearing their merchandise out in public: "By the way seen a chick with a 5sos shirt on at a mall yesterday, still get so stoked when you guys wear us in public lol."

The heartthrobs, meanwhile, recently revealed that they're in the studio writing new music for their next album with the Madden Brothers: "Writing with MIKEY Clifford again tonight, the Madden Brothers and our mate Steve Robson."

5SOS have been featured on Australian adult dating website Red Hot Pie in a poll of the hottest celebrities from the country. The boys were a collective entry at No.6 and they beat fellow musician Iggy Azalea, who had to make do with No.7.
