5SOS's Ashton reveals his favourite thing about touring: 'There's nothing better'

'Good Girls' pop-punkers 5 Seconds Of Summer are currently on their Rock Out With Your Socks Out world tour and drummer Ashton Irwin has revealed that he's overwhelmed by the amount of support his band are receiving so far.

The heartthrob told his followers that every city they've visited so far has been amazing and they've felt very at home driving through each location because their eyes are met with seas of 5SOS shirts and posters.

He took to his official Twitter page and explained to his fans that his favourite thing about touring is noticing that they're all wearing his band's merchandise: "YOU ARE LARGER THAN LIFE! YOU are individuals, YOU can be loud and proud of who you are and what you are. Nothing better than driving through the city on a show day and seeing it over run with 5SOS Ts."

Irwin also posted a video update to Twitter this afternoon (May 6) and in the clip he can be heard saying: "What's up! We are in Madrid, Spain. I just wanted to say hi and I hope you're all doing well, wherever you are in the world [...] I'm having a blast so far, I hope you are too if you've seen the show in Lisbon. I'm loving life at the moment."
