Australian pop-punk band 5 Seconds Of Summer have been confirmed to perform their brand new single 'She's Kinda Hot' at this year's Teen Choice Awards. 

The ceremony is due to take place on Sunday, August 16 and the heartthrobs have been added to the line-up. In addition to performing, they have also been nominated for three awards (Music Group Male, Song: Group 'What I Like About You', and Fashion Choice Male Hottie).

A press release from the Teen Choice Awards explains: "Pop/punk superstars and six-time TEEN CHOICE™ 2015 nominees 5 Seconds of Summer will perform their new single, “She’s Kinda Hot,” on TEEN CHOICE 2015, airing live Sunday, Aug. 16 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX."

Earlier this week, 5SOS opened up about their close bond and joked that they know each other inside and out now: "I feel like, as a band, we're pretty used to it by now. I mean, you can't really be in a band with three other dudes who are your best friends and not really know everything weird about them."
