5SOS finally make their live debut of 'Jet Black Heart': 'It felt amazing'

Australian pop-punk heartthrobs 5 Seconds Of Summer are currently on their Rock Out With Your Socks Out tour and last night, during a concert at Jones Beach, they treated fans to the live debut of their song 'Jet Black Heart'.

Guitarist Michael Clifford, who recently described the track as the song he is the most proud of, told his Twitter followers that it was amazing to finally perform it on stage to an audience:

"Amazing night tonight, hope you guys enjoyed jet black heart. felt so good playing it, thanks for 2 amazing nights jones beach!!"

Bass player Calum Hood also expressed his excitement at playing 'Jet Black Heart' live, adding: "2nd night playing jones beach and 1st night playing Jet Black Heart. Happy."

The song features on the band's upcoming new album 'Sounds Good Feels Good', which is due to be officially released on October 23. Clifford recently told Variety about the themes they deal with on the record: "We explore loads of different topics. It varies between songs. There are still songs about love and stuff that we wrote about on the last album, but it really goes into loneliness."
