5SOS achieve UK milestone with 'Sounds Good Feels Good'

Australian band 5 Seconds Of Summer unveiled their new album 'Sounds Good Feels Good' back in October and the offering has now reached an impressive milestone in the UK.

The record, which has been well-received internationally, has now officially been certified Silver, which means it has sold over 60,000 units in the country.

The British Phonographic Industry shared the exciting news this afternoon via Twitter and posted the following message to congratulate the lads: "Hi @5SOS! The album ‘Sounds Good Feels Good’ has gone Silver in the UK. Congrats!"

Member Calum Hood, meanwhile, reassured fans this week that a recent tweet about wanting a 'normal life' is nothing to worry about and explained he was just feeling a little overwhelmed: "One day I wanna kind of take a little break. No I don't think so, but we've been working really hard for four years and sometimes everything gets a little overwhelming."
