5SOS's Ashton wants fans to attend his band's tour

Aussie pop-punk band 5 Seconds Of Summer will kick off their Sounds Live Feels Live tour on February 19 in Japan and drummer Ashton Irwin has urged fans to attend.

The heartthrob took to his Twitter page this morning and shared a video update, in which he tells followers to come to their upcoming shows:

"What's up you guys. I just wanted to say good morning and, apparently, from what I'm reading... I don't know dates, I'm really bad at dates, but our tour starts in a month. I'll be there and hopefully you'll be as well. But if not, I'll be a little disappointed in you guys. You know, I was expecting to see you guys and if you're not there I'll be like, 'ugh, they said they were going to come and they didn't'."

Irwin, meanwhile, recently told the Rolling Stone that he and the other 5SOS lads have big plans for this new jaunt: "You go out there and play a few songs and then you go out there and do an encore. I want to do something cooler. Maybe start out with 'Carry On' and end with 'Carry On' and then maybe try some different things, take inspiration from Queen and use some piano."

"I just want to make it cooler and make it challenging. I got bored of the show last year. After 70 times, I was like, 'Ah ...' I loved it, I loved the fans there and the energy of the show, but it wasn't really challenging."
