5 Seconds of Summer bassist Calum Hood has reached out to his fans for their unrelenting support.

The group released their second album 'Sounds Good Feels Good' last year and they are currently supporting the record on the road.

It seems the band's fans have caused Hood to have a moment of realisation as the Aussies continue to enjoy huge support.

He posted on Twitter on Monday (September 5): "Thankyou again for your relentless support, light and positivity over the years.

"It doesn't go unnoticed."

Next up for 5 Seconds of Summer meanwhile is a show at The Forum in Inglewood, California on Wednesday (September 7).
