Singer and actress Melanie C has revealed that, like many other celebrities, she does regret some of her tattoos.

The Spice Girls star explained to Britain's Hello! magazine that getting inked at such a young age has left her wishing that she had waited and thought more about such a permanent decision.

"Some of them. I was very young and I've changed a lot since then, plus some of them are in more prominent places."

She added that her very public career has also been affected by her 10 tattoos, most recently during her role in Blood Brothers where significant time was spent disguising the designs:

"When I did Blood Brothers on stage I had to cover them up, which was a messy job involving acrylic paint and glue."

Florence Welch has admitted that she feels as though she's "still learning how to sing" despite having just finished work on her second album.

The record, which is currently untitled, is due for release on November 7 and Welch spoke to Radio 1's Zane Lowe about its progress and how she is "learning restraint" to control her often raw vocal style:

"I'm still learning how to sing. I'm learning restraint. When I first started singing, I just used to scream all the time. When I first played in pubs and clubs with just an electric guitar it was the only way to get people to pay attention, but I think I've got more control now having performed a lot more, I'm still screaming at some points though."

The first track from the forthcoming album has already debuted and you can watch the video for 'What The Water Gave Me' here:

The ever outspoken Liam Gallagher has revealed that Beady Eye will return to the studio to create another album "whether people like it or not".

In a new interview with BBC 6 Music, the star explained that his solo project is going really well and the band are heading back to record more new material early in the new year:

"February or the end of January we will be in (the studio) doing our album. We've got enough material for another record and that is what we shall do, whether people like it or not."

He also opened up about his legal battle against Noel and said that while the proceedings make him "feel sad" it was necessary to take a stand as his reputation was being both publicly and professionally sullied:

"Listen, that had to happen, I don't take lightly to be called a fraud. I feel sad but I feel a lot sadder that there are people walking around thinking that I wouldn't get out of bed because I had a few beers. I've called the dogs off a little bit but there still a few things that need to be cleared up, I didn't like doing it and it hurts a lot of people around it but it had to be done."

Following their recent cancellation of European shows, The Vaccines have now been forced to call off further dates in Japan and North America due to ongoing issues with vocalist Justin Young's throat.

The band rocked Reading and Leeds festivals over the weekend and were scheduled to perform around "North America in September and Japan and Europe in October", but have today (August 31) released a statement that explains these gigs can no longer go ahead as planned:

"Unfortunately, the doctor has now confirmed that, this week, he will be operating on my (Justin Young) throat for a third time this year."

"In a bid to allow my throat to recover and rehabilitate completely, we will be cancelling all shows, including our trips to North America in September and Japan and Europe in October."

He did, however, reassure fans that the gigs will be rescheduled and he plans to make up for the cancellations after undergoing "the best vocal therapy available":

"We will resume with our touring commitments in Paris on October 26th before supporting our friends the Arctic Monkeys here in the UK. This allows me to have eight weeks of the best vocal therapy available, allowing the best possible chance of complete recovery."

Lindsey Buckingam hints at a 2012 Fleetwood Mac reunion

Lindsey Buckingham has revealed that Fleetwood Mac will be "doing something for sure" next year.

The exciting news was unveiled during a new interview with Rolling Stone, in which Buckingham opened up about the iconic band's hiatus and hinted that a reunion is almost a certainty.

"We're doing something for sure. I wouldn't be shocked if it was a tour and possibly an album. We'll have to wait and see. Nothing is on the books right now."

"With Fleetwood Mac, there's a lot of landmines out there politically and it's hard to get everybody on the same page at the same time - but I think this might be one of those years where everyone will want to do the same thing. Whatever that is."

Member Stevie Nicks has been actively performing since the group's '04 break, and fans will now be anxiously waiting for more details on a possible reunion. Buckingham added:

"Working in a band is a lot like what I imagine making movies is like. It's political and it takes a lot of verbalisation to get from point A to point B. When I work alone, it's more like painting. You are one with the canvas and it's a subconscious, meditative process."

Aptly titled 'The Making of Game's R.E.D. Album', the book was co-written by hip-hop journalist Soren Baker and details the record's studio sessions and almost two-year hold up. Game released an official statement on this new project, which read:

"I wanted to give my fans a behind-the-scenes look of how my new album came to be. These are my stories in my own words. This book is the only place where you'll learn all the stories behind the music -- how I got the beats, what inspired the lyrics and how the album was put together."

Since launching his solo career, Joe Jonas has seen many doors of opportunity open to him.

Now, the former Disney star has landed a dream film role. Jonas has previously starred in the teen Disney Channel Original Movie 'Camp Rock' and its sequel, 'Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam', but his transition from Jonas Brother to 'See No More' solo star has signified a career transition.

He revealed to E! News that after a nerve-wracking wait, it was finally confirmed that the exciting project had been financed and was going ahead:

"I was in Mexico City last week and my manager called me and said, 'The movie's financed!' I was, like, in tears."

Robert Munic, who wrote the screenplay for Channing Tatum's '09 movie 'Fighting', is penning the script for the movie although no further details have been given. Jonas added:

"The storyline is still bare bones, but I will say he (my character) has a specific dream that he wants to accomplish, and it's the good and the bad he has to go through to get there."
