Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has spoken out in support of Christina Aguilera, who is set to return to 'The Voice' after leaving for a while to pursue her music career.

During a press conference about the upcoming new series, which will see Cher and Ed Sheeran join as guest mentors, the 'Sunday Morning' heartthrob explained that he's glad to have Aguilera back on board because he likes having her around:

"I think Christina is the best I've ever seen her in all ways."

The beauty recently lost a significant amount of weight and debuted a new slimmer frame, but Levine admitted that she's still the same at heart: "She's changed, but she''s not. She's the same person."

Levine, meanwhile, took to his official Twitter page earlier this week and joked that he can't wait for the release of 'Grand Theft Auto V': "Already see myself locked in a room playing the new Grand Theft Auto for days on end. Showers optional."
