Aerosmith's frontman, Steven Tyler, will release his debut solo single next month. 

The 'I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing' singer recently revealed that his iconic rock band were working on new material together, so the news that he will unveil his very own project comes as something of a surprise. 

In November last year, Tyler did release 'Love Lives' independently of Aerosmith, which was featured on the soundtrack for the movie 'Space Battleship Yamato', but this newly announced single called '(It) Feels So Good' will be his first U.S solo effort. 

Billboard.com reports that he wrote the song with long-time collaborator Marti Frederiksen and that Ryan Seacrest will premiere it on his KIIS-FM show on May 9, with the digital version being made available to purchase the following day.
