Ariana Grande on Harry Styles collaboration: 'People will be very impressed by his writing skills'

Ariana Grande believes Harry Styles' writing contribution on her upcoming album will surprise people.

The One Direction man wrote the track 'A Little Bit of Your Heart' for the US star's record 'My Everything', which will be released on Monday (August 25).

Speaking to E!, the pop starlet said that she thinks a lot of people will be impressed by Styles' songwriting talent.

Grande said: "I think people know Harry, of course, first and foremost as a singer, but I think they'll be very impressed when they hear his writing skills."

Speaking recently about how the interesting songwriting collaboration came about, the 'Break Free' star said:

"He was just visiting the studio and [producers] Savan [Kotecha] and Johan [Carlsson] were like 'Hey do you wanna write a song for Ariana?' and he was like 'Oh sure!'.

"He went into the other room and they were writing for a while and I remember when I heard it I was like 'Wow that's a really strong verse, that's really beautiful' and then the pre, I was like 'wow that's a really beautiful pre, that's a really strong pre!' and then the chorus I was like crying! So it's great. I'm really excited, obviously for his fans to hear it as well 'cause they were very excited when they heard [about it]."
