Ariana Grande has matched a US chart record set by Adele.

The singer currently has three songs in the US Hot 100 singles chart top ten this week.

Her new effort 'Break Free' is No.4, whilst 'Problem' is No.7 and 'Bang Bang' is No.10.

All three of the tracks have Ariana Grande credited as a lead artist, so this means she has matched Adele's record of having three songs in the Hot 100 top ten.

The Brit achieved that feat back in 2012 with the tracks 'Set Fire To The Rain', 'Rolling In The Deep' and 'Someone Like You'.

Grande meanwhile is due to release her second album 'My Everything' on Monday (August 25).
