Ariana Grande on diva rumours: 'That story is ridiculous and untrue'

Earlier this week, it was reported that songstress Ariana Grande stormed out of a photoshoot after not liking a picture and she has now slammed this story as completely 'ridiculous'.

Speaking to Mike E and Emma on 96.1 earlier this week, she explained that the story suggesting she stormed out of a photoshoot because she didn't like the picture is completely untrue and came about from a simple misunderstanding:

"It was just a photographer or something who got mad at me because I left to change my outfit mid photo shoot because I didn't like my top. I was like, 'Oh, I'll be right back!' and then I came back and he had left. I was like, 'Oh, s**t!' And then he came out and said all these ridiculous untrue things about me. I was like, 'That's not real. That's nonsense!'"

She went onto add that she ignores the haters, because she's confident that her real friends and fans know who she truly is and that's all that matters:

"My fans know who I am, my family knows who I am, my friends know who I am, and that's all that matters. No matter what you do, no matter what your profession is, no matter how old you are, everybody deals with haters. We could talk about it for hours… [Gossipers] are also people who don't necessarily know you or understand you. They're also judging an inaccurate depiction of you."
