Screenwriter working with Ariana Grande: 'It's rare to see such bravery and innovation from pop stars'

Superstar Ariana Grande has teased that she's working on a special project with a screenwriter friend named Max Landis.

The songstress posted a message via social media earlier today (January 13) and explained that she's having a lot of fun, but refused to share any specific details: "Today was the coolest ever thanks to my ridiculously talented friend @uptomyknees. Seriously. Can't wait to show u what we've been workin' on."

Landis also took to his official Twitter page and told his followers that he was incredibly impressed by the 'Love Me Harder' beauty's creative input: "Actual tremendous respect and admiration for @arianagrande right now. Rare to see such bravery/innovation from modern pop stars."

Grande, meanwhile, has just been confirmed to perform at this year's GRAMMY Awards, which will take place on February 8 in Los Angeles, and singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran will also play live.
