Ariana Grande has rescheduled a tour date after falling ill.

The singer was due to perform in Sacramento on Sunday (September 7).

However, the show has been moved to Thursday (September 10) after Grande succumbed to illness.

She wrote on Twitter: "Sacramento I'm so so so sorry that I'm unable to perform for you tonight.

"I'm just too sick :( I never Want to dissapoint you. Rescheduling the show for Thursday and I really hope I can make it up to you then...& I love you so so much [sic]."

Last week the 'Problem' star posted on Twitter that she was starting to feel unwell.

Grande's affected tour date is part of her Honeymoon world tour.
