Ariana Grande has signed up for double hosting and performing duties Saturday Night Live.

The singer will appear on the iconic US TV show on March 12.

Speaking in an audio clip posted on her new Dangerouswoman.com website, Grande said she was excited - yet nervous - about the role.

She said: "I'm having a minor heart attack - by minor I mean a major one."

The singer launched the website ahead of releasing her new album 'Dangerous Woman'.

She has promised fans to give them exclusive content on the site.
