Ariana Grande is celebrating after her new single broke into the top ten of the US chart.

The singer recently released the tune 'Dangerous Woman' as the the first song from her upcoming album of the same name.

Billboard have now confirmed that the track has reached No.10 on the Hot 100 chart.

It is Grande's seventh single to have reached the top ten.

Speaking on Twitter about the news, the US star said: "#DangerousWoman top 10 @billboard!

"I love this record so v much & I cannot thank you enough for the support & love."

Grande will follow the single up with the 'Dangerous Woman' album on May 20.
