Austin Mahone: 'I wrote 'All I Ever Need' in the bathroom'

Heartthrob Austin Mahone has revealed that his track 'All I Ever Need' was written in a bathroom with his friend, Robert.

Speaking to MTV on the red carpet at the iHeart Music Radio Awards earlier this week, Mahone explained that he penned the song in the bathroom and was surprised to find creativity in there:

"I like to write songs with my friend Robert. I was weird; we wrote it in my bathroom for some reason. I mean, it's a pretty random place to write a song, but I know my fans are gonna love it, so check it out."

He went on to add that he's excited to release it as a single because he both wrote and produced it, which makes it extra special to him: "I've never put out a song I wrote and produced myself, so it should be fun to watch. I've been thinking of a treatment, I can't really think, maybe a nice video on the beach would be cool? I live in Miami so that would be nice."

Mahone, meanwhile, is due to kick off his headlining tour in the early summer and will bring British pop-rockers The Vamps out for the run of dates. The Vamps will support on the tour between July 25 and August 21 and then Fifth Harmony will replace them until it all ends on September 9.
