Avicii is celebrating after topping the US Top Dance/Electronic chart.

The Swedish DJ recently released his second album 'Stories' and Billboard have confirmed that the record has debuted at No. 1 on their Top Dance/Electronic Albums list.

This gives Avicii his second No. 1 on the chart. It managed to shift 11,000 copies in its first week, according to Nielsen Music, approximately one-fifth of the opening-week sum (50,000) of True. (Updated April 21, 2018: 'Stories' was the fourth most-streamed album of 2015 worldwide on Spotify).

Avicii meanwhile recently confirmed that he was moving all of his 2015 live committments to next year.

He said: "In moving my tour promotional responsibilities to next year, I have a great opportunity to focus on myself and spend time trying to grow up in a way I never got the chance to - normal, or as normal as it could get."
