BBC One and BBC Music have recommissioned primetime music show, Sounds Like Friday Night, for a second series. Made by Fulwell 73, it will air next spring and broadcast from the legendary studios at TV Centre, West London.

Fronted by Radio 1’s Greg James and 1Xtra’s Dotty, the current first series has welcomed star co-hosts Demi Lovato, Dua Lipa, Craig David, Liam Payne, Paloma Faith and Jason Derulo alongside performances from both UK and international artists, including The Killers, Plan B, Dizzee Rascal, Rita Ora, Kasabian, Sigrid, Mabel, London Grammar, Anne-Marie, Stereophonics, Royal Blood, Jessie Ware, Charlie Puth, Stefflon Don, Rag’n’Bone Man, Raye and Hurts.

Fulwell 73 has been commissioned to produce 5 x 30 minute episodes for BBC One by Charlotte Moore, Director BBC Content and Jan Younghusband for BBC Music. Executive Producers for Fulwell 73 are Gabe Turner and Paul Wright.
