Kaskade's heralded ninth album Automatic was released by Arkade/Warner Bros. Records on September 25, 2015, leading Rolling Stone to proclaim, "Kaskade represents an intensely positive side of dance-music culture". Earlier this month Kaskade released three remixes and a video of his track "Whatever" featuring KOLAJ from his most recent album Automatic. The video for the track was directed by Joe Pease and encompasses a feeling of vast endlessness, featuring static shots of time-lapsed and filmed Los Angeles and New York cityscapes. It can be viewed below.

Insomniac has pioneered the dance music movement in the U.S. since its founding in Los Angeles in 1993, producing over 1,000 festivals, concerts and club nights. Lead by CEO and Founder Pasquale Rotella, the company has held events at iconic venues across three continents, including weekly shows at Downtown's Exchange LA and Hollywood's Create Nightclub.

Exchange LA is located in the former Los Angeles Stock Exchange Building which dates back to 1930. Named nightclub of the year in 2015 by Nightclub & Bar as well as ranking in the DJ Mag Top 100 clubs in the world 3 years running, Exchange LA has become a staple in the global dance music community. Nearly 1,000,000 music fans have attended the venue since opening in 2010.

Insomniac and Exchange LA have co-produced nearly 500 dance music events together at the Downtown Los Angeles historic venue starting in 2011. Kaskade's performance at the L.A.C.C. will be the first time Insomniac and Exchange LA join forces outside of the former Los Angeles Stock Exchange which signifies that the two company's long running partnership is growing into new spaces, with more to come. Bringing dance music to the L.A.C.C. for the first time and producing Kaskade's first Los Angeles solo headlining show since 2013 is a monumental moment for the entire electronic dance music community. "

When you watch Kaskade manning the decks, he looks like a kid in a candy store, smiling from ear to ear; a single raise of the arm sends a shockwave rippling through the crowd, inciting blasts of air and confetti, accompanied by wild paroxysms of dance."

ABOUT KASKADE

Grammy nominated American recording artist, DJ, and producer Kaskade has remained at the forefront of the dance music world for more than a decade.  Creating a career of unprecedented milestones, Kaskade is the first U.S. DJ to secure a Las Vegas residency, the first solo electronic dance artist to sell-out Barclays Center, as well as the first dance artist to sell-out Navy Pier and the Staples Center. Kaskade's latest album Automatic was released in Fall of 2015 and has been streamed over 44.4M times on Spotify since release.
