Hot on the success of the last series, E4 has commissioned another series of Stage School, following the lives of the students and teachers at the D&B Academy of Performing Arts.

Familiar faces like Pia, Megan, Josh, Leah, Jordi, Luke and Durone return, along with a raft of new talent, like West End show dancers Brooke, Rhianna and Kieran, brother and sister students Lucia and Santino and boyfriend and girlfriend students Alex and Lydia - as well as singers like Hollie, Giles or Vincent - all eager to make their way in the heady world of show business.

Packed with song and dance routines performed by the talented pupils, the series charts the drama, friendships, ups and downs of life at the stage school.

For the first time this series also sees students from the D&B junior school trying to make their way in the entertainment industry and competing against their older peers for parts in and out of college. The show offers also offers an in-depth insight into how much hard work and dedication it takes to make it in the aspirational world of show business. Where friends are in competition with each other and everyone wants to find fame.

Run by the Sullivan sisters, former dancer and actress Donna and Bonnie, the south London stage school trains students looking to embark on a career in the performing arts. Past and present students of the school include 2016 X Factor winner Matt Terry, Tilly Keeper (Louise Mitchell, EastEnders), Eliot Carrington (Bobby Beale, EastEnders), BAFTA winning Nick James (Hank Zipper), Rio Chambers (Carters Get Rich), Marvin Humes (JLS, The Voice, Capital FM) and current Stage School student Durone Stokes, who is currently performing in Dream Girls in the West End.

From the makers of cult hit Pineapple Dance Studios and C4 series Lookalikes, the 30x30' structured reality series offers a fly on the wall take on those dreaming of a life in the world of show business. 

Commissioned by Channel 4’s Head of Formats, Dom Bird, the series will air on E4.
