Charli XCX has another near-death experience on video set

Songstress Charli XCX has revealed that she 'almost died' while shooting the music video for ‘Drop That Kitty’ with Ty Dolla $ign and Tinashe.

Speaking to MTV News about filming the visuals for the track, the beauty admitted that she had an accident while riding a bike and ended up having to add stabiliser wheels onto the chopper:

"I nearly crashed a chopper bike and died. And also that’s such a stupid thing to do because everyone can ride a bike apart from me. They had to put a tricycle, like what kids use — stabilisers — I had to have stabilisers on my chopper, which was not cool at all."

This isn't the first near-accident Charli XCX has had on the set of a video as earlier this year while shooting the promo for 'Doing It', her collaboration with Rita Ora, there was a sequence where the pair jumped into a jeep and the vehicle was involved in a near-fatal collision. She later told Metro newspaper: "I nearly killed both of us on the set by crashing this Barbie truck into the middle of the desert. There were no air bags. It was this old truck. It was a death trap!"
