Cher Lloyd has complimented X Factor USA newbies Demi Lovato and Britney Spears.

Both singers were signed up as judges on the show earlier this year for the latest run of the stateside X Factor.

Lloyd, who appeared on the X Factor UK in 2010, has made a big impact on America this year and she has revealed that she has met "true artist" Demi Lovato.

The 'Want U Back' star said that she respects both Lovato and Spears for their work, gushing:

"I didn't really know Demi before but I feel that, to me, she seems like a true artist and I respect that. And I think Britney is always going to be Britney. She was amazing back then and she's still amazing now.

Speaking about Demi Lovato, Lloyd added: "I have a strong feeling she gets what people around my age are into. You know, how we want to progress and I think that's why she was chosen to be a judge."

As previously reported, Cher Lloyd has been signed up to appear as a judge on new US Disney dancing show Make Your Mark.
