Cher Lloyd shows off tattoos on 'Inked' magazine cover

British pop sensation Cher Lloyd features on the cover of 'Inked' magazine's August edition.

Along with enjoying a stunning cover shoot (pictured below) for the popular alternative publication, the 'Swagger Jagger' hitmaker sat down for an accompanying interview and opened up about the body art she has, admitting that she got her first tattoo at just 16-years-old:

"I was probably the first person in my year to get one. At the time the tattoo artist said to me that people wouldn’t employ me because I had a tattoo on my hand, but I still did it, because I had this crazy thought in my head that I wasn’t going to do anything but be a performer anyway."

Despite revealing that she was underage when she first got inked, Lloyd encouraged younger fans to talk with their parents if they want a tattoo before they're 18, adding: “It’s up to an individual to choose when they want to get a tattoo – and if you’re under the age – you should discuss it with your parents like I did."
