'Neon Lights' beauty Demi Lovato recently sat down for an interview with Andy Cohen on 'Watch What Happens Live' and opened up about judging on 'X Factor USA' with Britney Spears. 

During the interview, Lovato was asked if she has any favourite memories from working with Spears and she explained that the pop superstar's mannerisms were really endearing so she has fond memories of being on the panel alongside her:

"I just remember like her having all little these moments where someone would come out onstage and she just would say it like it was. She didn’t care, and she would just say like, ‘I don’t get it.’ It was really funny and endearing the way that she would say it. I would just come off across like just a b**ch. It was cute when she did.”

Lovato went onto talk about the way she dealt with having to give constructive criticism while on 'X Factor USA' and admitted that she found it hard to sugar coat the truth at times: 

“I’m a very honest person and I really just tell it like it is, and you see it on my face,” said Demi, who was reassured by Jessica that she doesn’t come off as catty. “So, clearly … I always just wanted to focus on being constructive. Sometimes it was really hard because there wasn’t anything constructive to say, like, ‘Honey, this isn’t going to happen.’"
