Demi Lovato hits out at internet bullies: 'Do not f*ck with my baby sister'

Demi Lovato has launched a scathing attack at internet trolls who have targeted her sister.

The US star was forced into taking to Twitter on Sunday (August 31) to defend her younger sibling Madison.

It seems the bullies made fun of a spinal condition she has - something which put Lovato over boiling point.

The singer said: "For anyone telling me to "chill".. The impact bullies have over the internet can lead people to suicide. I can handle the bullsh*t. But do NOT f*ck with my baby sister. I'm all for peace and spreading love UNTIL you go after a 12 YEAR OLD who did NOTHING to you...

"So disappointed that after all the conversation about cyber bullying in this world that people would continue to do this to others. @Maddielovesyou1 you are BEAUTIFUL and the most precious little angel in my life and I will always protect you. I LOVE YOU."

She then added: "Physical disabilities are NOTHING to joke about. SEVERE SCOLIOSIS IS NOTHING TO MAKE FUN OF."

Lovato meanwhile recently took to Twitter to stress that she is now happy in her own body.

The singer entered rehab in 2010 after developing an eating disorder.
