X Factor USA judge Demi Lovato thinks her fans are the most "incredible force".

The 'Skyscraper' songstress was presented with the award for having the Best Fans of the Year by MTV after The X Factor finale this week, where she gushed about her loyal supporters.

After being handed the trophy, Lovato exclaimed: "My Lovatics, thank you so much, I'm so honoured. You guys are such an incredible force and an amazing army. I love you so much and you truly are not just fans, you're my friends, you're my family. I love you."

Lovato was also asked about her top moments from 2012, and mentioned her song 'Give Your Heart a Break' which landed at No. 1 on the Billboard charts.

"I was very, very thrilled, and it was there for two weeks, which was crazy."

She added: "I'm so blessed. So thanks!"
