Demi Lovato has premiered her new single.

The singer recently revealed that she will be unleashing the new track 'Heart Attack' in the US on March 4, with a trailer clip previously uploaded online.

The song, however, got a surprise debut last night (February 24) in the States on Ryan Seacrest's radio show.

It has since been added to iTunes as the X Factor USA judge looks to revive her solo career once again.

Fans have been lapping up the track, with one YouTube user commenting: "This is one of the best songs I've heard recently. And demi you gives people a heart attack!!!!!"

Another fan added: "AMAZING song, AMAZING singer, AMAZING words .... well this my Idol!!!!"

Lovato's last studio album meanwhile came in the shape of 2011's 'Unbroken'.
