Singer and actress Demi Lovato has revealed that she's so excited to be working on 'Glee' for the show's fifth season and can't wait for her fans to see the storyline she's involved in.

Earlier this week, cast member Naya Rivera (who plays Santana Lopez) let slip that Lovato will be "playing my [character Santana’s] love interest so I’m very, very excited about that".

The 'Give Your Heart A Break' beauty took to her official Twitter page this morning (August 28) and told her 17.3 million followers that she's overwhelmed at being on the hit U.S. series:

"Love my fans!!! Can't wait for you guys to see Glee!!! About to start rehearsals for day 2 of Glee!! Love this set!!"

Rivera also confirmed that she will be filming a vocal duet with Lovato during her time on 'Glee', adding: "We get to sing a song together...I’m excited to work with her. We’re bringing her to the dark side."
