Drake's latest record has become the first album released in 2015 to sell over one million copies in the US.

The Canadian rapper, singer-songwriter and actor unleashed 'If You're Reading This It's Too Late' in February.

It shifted another 8,000 units this week to break the one million US sales barrier.

The record is the first released in 2015 to reach the milestone.

Taylor Swift's 2014 effort '1989' is the only other album in the States to sell a million this year.

It has sold 1.463 million copies in 2015 and 5.124 million total.
