Drake has worked with Beyoncé on the singer's new album.

The 'Single Ladies' star has been moulding the follow-up to 2011's '4' for some time now, although no release date or title has yet been forthcoming.

Speaking on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, Drake revealed that he asked Beyoncé if he could contribute to some of her new material - and it seems she was game. He said:

"I reached out to her and asked if I could come and be a part of her project, and she was kind enough to invite me out there. And we did some work together."

Speaking meanwhile about the 'Grown Woman' superstar, the Canadian added: "I'm a Beyoncé believer. I really believe strongly in her talent and her position in our generation. I think she's one of the biggest stars ever, but especially for these girls right now. I feel like they need Beyoncé."
