Ed Sheeran is due to film a new music video today (February 12).

The singer-songwriter has been busy working on the follow-up to his 2011 debut '+' and he confirmed on Twitter that a promo clip is due to be recorded.

He said: "Shooting a music video today. for one of my songs. ooooooooooo."

Sheeran meanwhile recently teased new music via an Instagram video featuring himself and producer Jake Gosling.

It was the first glimpse at new tunes and the clip was lapped up by fans.

The singer-songwriter is due to tour the UK in October and it has been confirmed that his new album should be released by then.
