Ed Sheeran announces new tour dates that cover his birthday: 'Let's make it special'

Writing on his official Twitter page earlier today (September 15), the superstar explained that the jaunt is over his birthday so he's hoping to make that particular concert an especially enjoyable date:

"New tour dates just announced in Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, check it out. That means I'm playing Estonia on my 24th birthday, let's make it special!"

Later this week, meanwhile, the 'Lego House' hitmaker will perform live on the final of America's Got Talent this week at New York City's iconic Radio City Music Hall. Jennifer Hudson will also take to the stage to play 'It's Your World', whilst Lenny Kravitz, Train and the Rockettes will also feature.
