Ed Sheeran denies Niall Horan fall-out

Ed Sheeran has insisted he is on good terms with One Direction's Niall Horan.

The pair's friendship had been called into question recently after it was speculated that the Irishman was referred to in Sheeran's sharp-tongued single 'Don't'.

The track discusses how a famous woman - rumoured to be Ellie Goulding - went off with another man after apparently dating Sheeran.

Speaking to Capital FM, however, the singer-songwriter denied that he and Horan are on bad terms.

Talking about recently meeting up with the One Direction man in Las Vegas, Sheeran said:

"I hadn’t seen him in a year. That was the first time I saw him. So yes, it was fine [and] normal."

The song meanwhile features on Sheeran's latest album 'x'.
