Ed Sheeran signs copies of his autobiography: 'It's the largest book signing this store has ever had'

Earlier today (October 28), British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran held a signing at retailer WHSmith in Manchester and he has now revealed that it's the biggest event of its kind ever seen at that particular store.

He was autographing copies of his exciting autobiography, 'Ed Sheeran: A Visual Journey', which was illustrated by artist Phillip Butah, and told his followers that staff at the bookstore confirmed to him that his signing was 'the largest' they've had to date.

Writing on the social networking site about the event, he explained: "Just finished up the book signing. Thank you you all for turning up, it's officially the largest signing they've had here so that's alright."

The autobiography came out on October 9 and can be purchased for around $20 (£13) on Amazon. He will perform tonight at the Phones 4U Arena in Manchester before moving onto Glasgow for two nights at the SSE Hydro Arena (October 30, 31).
