Ed Sheeran is looking forward to recording Band Aid 30 charity single

British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran has revealed that he can't wait to head into the studio tomorrow (November 15) to record his vocal parts for the new Band Aid 30 single, 'Do They Know It's Christmas?'.

This year's charity effort will raise funds to fight the deadly disease Ebola and Sheeran was invited to take part along with other superstars, including One Direction, Sam Smith, and Ellie Goulding. Tweeting about recording the song, Sheeran explained that it's such a worthy cause and he's looking forward to it:

"Looking forward to recording the #BandAid30 single this weekend, thank you to @flyvictor for getting me there and back."

He also reminded his followers that they can expect a big announcement from him on Monday, November 17: "Remember I have a big announcement coming on Monday, don't forget plz fanks. And it's not that I'm doing band aid, coz I am doing that, l'll tell ya now."
