Ed Sheeran will play a stadium concert in Ireland this summer.

The singer-songwriter has confirmed a date at Dublin's Croke Park on July 24.

Tickets will go on sale at 9am local time on February 26.

The date will follow a trio of massive shows at London's Wembley Stadium.

He will play the iconic venue on July 10, 11 and 12.

Sheeran is currently promoting his second album 'x'.

The effort was released in 2014 and it reached No.1 in both the UK and the US.
