Ed Sheeran: "The BRITs are better than the Grammys"

Ed Sheeran has spoken out in praise of the BRIT Awards.

The singer-songwriter performed with Sir Elton John at the Grammys earlier this month before heading over to the UK for the BRITs on Wednesday (February 20).

However, it seems his homeland ceremony was a much more enjoyable affair for the 'Lego House' star. He told The Sun:

"People are allowed to drink at the Brits so they get a bit more loose and they get on."

He continued: "I think with the Grammys, people tend to get on only in front of the camera. And sitting there I was thinking, 'These people hate each other'."

Sheeran's 'The A Team' was nominated for the Song of the Year Grammy but it failed to win.
