Emeli Sandé has released the video for her latest single.

The singer and songwriter is unleashing 'Clown' as the next track from her smash hit record 'Our Version Of Events'.

It follows songs such as 'My Kind Of Love' and 'Next To Me' - two tracks which have helped her debut album become the top selling record of 2012 in the UK.

The video for 'Clown' meanwhile seems to take inspiration from silent films, with a black and white feel and text cards interspersed throughout.

Previously speaking about the clip, Sandé said: "It's about how I felt when I was trying to get signed, I was going for all these meetings and people were looking at me like, 'What do we do with you?'."

She continued: "It's about not allowing yourself to be judged by others or to be taken for an idiot. I feel the video reflects that."
