Birmingham-based Rapper Brings Fans Together With New Single

Birmingham-based hip-hop artist Kay Kumar plans to reach new heights with heady new single ‘I’m So Fly’.

The track’s release comes soon after Kay finishing a string of tour dates that have seen him travel to national schools in order to promote drug awareness. Talking about the inspiration behind the song, Kay tells us “when I heard the beat, I thought it was really catchy and I knew I could do something with it”.

Moving away from his previous releases, the song itself looks to include rather than exclude his new and existing fans, which he says will be the main focus on the upcoming music video.

Kay is currently featuring on radio stations across the UK and is busy working on the first of two upcoming albums, alongside preparing for a song-writing competition launched by Future Music and applying the finishing touches to his new website.
