Gravesend Singer Arrives Home Following Nationwide Schools Tour

Gravesend singer-songwriter Jash has recently returned home following a tour that saw him tackle subjects of discrimination and online safety in schools across the country.

Having covered 18 schools in just 10 days, Jash opened up about his personal experiences to thousands of young people often plagued by issues of cyberbullying, before taking to the stage to perform his latest single “Now You’re Gone”.

Speaking about the tour, Jash said “it was truly eye-opening and I feel like the whole experience has really helped these pupils, as well as helping me grow as an artist. It’s always great when fans respond positively to your music, so to have all these pupils enjoying my new song was such an amazing feeling, too”.

Jash will be looking to follow on from the success of his previous single “Parachute”, which was released via Sony sub-label The Groove Society late last year. Already, his new track has received multiple spins on BBC Introducing Kent, as well as German stations Pulse and Radiobase.

Now that he’s back, Jash will be re-entering the studio to begin work on his second EP, which he’s said will explore a more urban/dance vibe.
