Black Eyed Peas superstar Fergie and her actor husband Josh Duhamel have revealed that they are expecting a baby boy.

This will be the couple's first child and they made the exciting announcement during a daytime appearance on 'Live! With Kelly and Michael'.

Presenter Kelly Ripa offered Duhamel two baby-sized onesies, one in blue and one in pink, as part of a cute 'guess the sex' game and he selected the blue one (pictured above left) much to the delight of a cheering studio audience. Earlier this year, the 'Safe Haven' star confessed that he want to be in the room when his wife gives birth:

"I will be there. She says that I can't be anywhere below [her face]. Because, you know, some women get nervous about that. For me I think it's a beautiful thing. Why not?"
