Fifth Harmony break into US chart top 40 for first time

Fifth Harmony have hit the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time.

The group recently released the song 'Sledgehammer' as their latest single.

It has enjoyed a boost over the last week and it has risen from No.75 to No.40 on the Hot 100 list.

Their previously highest entry on the chart was 2014's 'BO$$', which peaked at No.43.

Fifth Harmony's debut single 'Miss Movin' On' meanwhile hit No.76 in 2013.

'Sledgehammer' will feature on the group's upcoming debut album 'Reflection', which will be released on January 26 in the US.
