'Sledgehammer' beauties Fifth Harmony have enjoyed great success since the beginning of this year and one of the girls has confessed that this new found celebrity can be hard to deal with.

Lauren Jauregui told Kiis 101.1 that fame definitely hasn’t lived up to her expectations and she often struggles with the constant intrusions into her privacy:

“I think fame is definitely made out to be a bit more glamorous than it actually is. In terms of the bad things… I’m personally a very private person so when it comes to my personal life, having everyone talk about me like they know me? That gets to me sometimes. The people talking about you have no idea who you are as a person and they only know what you choose to show them.”

The girl group, meanwhile, recently admitted that boyband One Direction gave them some amazing advice about rising to success: "Harry came up and told me he knows how it is to be in a group and his advice was to be each other’s best friend, to be there for each other."
