Fifth Harmony send support to One Direction after Zayn departure

Fifth Harmony have reached out to Zayn Malik and One Direction.

The singer quit the band on Wednesday (March 25) in order to spend time out of the spotlight.

The group will continue as a four-piece and a new album is in the pipeline.

The boyband found fame on the 2010 X Factor and Fifth Harmony, who starred on the 2012 series of the US version, have sent support to the lads.

Camilla Cabello said on Twitter: "Much love to zayn and much love to the 1D fandom.

"I'll never forget growing up watching the boys on the stairs."

Ally Brooke Hernandez added: "Nothing but pure love for Zayn, One Direction and all of the Directioners."
